The Model 4000 static bar is for static control applications that require a static bar capable of high performance on high speed web and operate at a long distance. The Model 4000 is cost effective is suitable for applications up to the lower end of a double DC static bar system.
The features of the Model 4000 system:
· Shockless
· Uses the really available 7KV or 7.5KV power supply
· Sealed construction for long life and easy cleaning .
· 3-20 times as effective at 1”-6” when compared to a standard shockless static bar
· Effective at higher speeds than standard shockless and high output or hot bars.
· More cost effective than DC systems in some applications.
